The Lydgate family are stewards of a 46-acre farm in Wailua, Kauaʻi. Five generations deep in the heritage of Hawaiʻi, they are now a staple of the local agricultural community and a leader in the emerging Hawaiian chocolate industry. The family-run farm offers educational tours of the grounds to visitors and locals alike and continues to explore further avenues of sustainable crop cultivation.
