The addition of mango vinegar to Vintage Vinegar’s already excellent pineapple vinegar creates a fresh, tangy, light, and fruity brew. The mango flavor is palpable and it offers a bit of a bite. A perfect addition to a vinaigrette, sweet and sour condiments, marinades for chicken or pork, seasoning for a stew, or the base for a gastrique. Maintain all the gut-friendly benefits of raw vinegar and the fat-digesting enzymes of bromelain–found only in pineapples–while also infusing the tropical tang of mango into your dishes. This vinegar is steel cast and made in small batches on Oʻahu. Vintage Vinegars utilizes the excess from a commercial pineapple operation and continues to seek out new ways to make use of what would have been discarded.
